My Meal-Prep Favorites

With school back in session, I've been trying to amp up my weekend meal prepping slightly to make the week go smoother and easier. I thought I'd share some of my favorites with you, I hope it helps you as much as it helps me!

Roasted Vegetables

I almost always throw a sheet pan of roasted vegetables in the oven. They make great toppings for bowls and salads. Sometimes I just prep the veggies so they're ready to roast or air fry.

Air Fryer Meatloaf

I have five loaves of this meatloaf in my freezer right now. It's as easy to make a double batch as it is a single batch, so that's usually what I do. You can bake it if you don't have an air fryer!

Instant Pot Shredded Chicken

Perfect for salads, soups, bowls, quesadillas, and more. Having cooked chicken ready to go in the fridge is a huge time-saver.

Crockpot Oatmeal

This is perfect for a quick and easy breakfast. I also love baked oatmeal.

Instant Pot Beets

This one is a little random, but I make these Instant Pot beets almost every week. I love having them on hand for salads or for when I want to add a vegetable to my meal.

Whole Wheat Banana Bread

My kids love this for breakfast!
